Delivery Area
- We currently offer delivery within South London. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship to locations outside of our local delivery area.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with delivery details.
Delivery Details
- Delivery Schedule: We offer local deliveries from 9 AM to 6 PM on business days and weekends.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Depending on your location within our delivery area, expect your order to arrive within 2 business days after processing. We will provide a more accurate delivery window when you place your order.
- Delivery Fees: Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. In some cases, free delivery promotions may be available.
Special Delivery Instructions
- Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. If you have any special delivery instructions (e.g., gate codes or specific drop-off points), you can include them in the order notes.
